Surely you meant to put "Hebrews" instead of "Jesus" here.

Thanks again.Anthony Rogershttp://www.answeringislam.org/authors/rogers.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7584492698366396071.post-16870289311680682842011-01-14T22:33:28.353-06:002011-01-14T22:33:28.353-06:00I think there is a good argument for Apollos as th...I think there is a good argument for Apollos as the author. Many scholars take this view. The description of Apollos in Acts 18:24-25 certainly fits what we would expect the author of Hebrews to be like. The problem with the theory is that no one posited the theory in the early church. The first one to propose the theory was Martin Luther in the 16th century. If Apollos was the author, you would think at least some of the Alexandrian Christians would have claimed him as the author, but there is no evidence that they did.Brian Smallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14209118115977821617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7584492698366396071.post-1761224137242707012011-01-14T15:37:03.066-06:002011-01-14T15:37:03.066-06:00Brian,
